This is a great recipe except watch the measurements for the salt. My 11 yr old son prepared this for our dinner and followed each measurement to a "T". The TABLESPOON of salt called for is WAY too much. Drop down to a teaspoon and it will be great. I'm sure it is just a typo. Also, my cooking time was almost double to get the eggs to set. The first time we prepared it, it hadn't set all the way and my husband had already served a piece. I just popped it into the microwave for 3-4 minutes and the eggs cooked.

I was excited to try this recipe. I thought the 1 Tablespoon of salt was a bit much, but I usually try a recipe as written the first time and make changes in subsequent attempts. In this case I found it was WAY too salty, although my husband thought it was just a tad too salty. The overall flavor was wonderful, however. Next time I will use 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 Tablespoon of cracked black pepper. I also had to bake an additional 12 minutes. This is the first Aaron recipe I try, but I will certainly try others.

Excellent quiche. I always make the recipe exactly as stated the first time and experiment a bit the next. The only thing I would change the next time is the salt. I used the whole tablespoon but it was FAR too much. Next time I would to 1 teas. I loved that the asparagus remained a bit crundhy.
It also took 50 min to bake not 35. Will absolutely make again. I've never made a recipe of his that I didn't love. thanks Aaron.

THIS CHEF KNOWS HOW TO PREPARE FOOD THAT IS DELICIOUS. WHY WHEN I RATE A RECIPE THAT IS NOT GOOD----LIKE THE AMATEUR """MELISSA____ MY RATINGS ARE NEVER POSTED. AARON NEEDS TO BE PUT ON PRIME TIME AND TAKE THIS LADY WHO COOKS FOR KIDS OFF THE AIR.
