Love your show, love your recipes. I have tried several of them.
Only complaint I have is you use entirely too much SALT.

Made this for dinner a few nights ago, and we loved it! I also wasn't sure about the cinnamon, and smelling it cooking, gave it a very different smell. But, it was great. I did have to cook it an hour longer then stated until it was tender. And used a jalapeno as another reviewer suggested as I didn't want it super hot. Can't wait until I make it again. Thanks for all your delicious recipes!

I was so excited to eat this and then the meet never fell apart. I had bought a pot roast but it was the shoulder cut instead of the center cut of the chuck. The shoulder cut has less fat but the grain is different and I had to slice it. I cooked it an extra hour as well.
As far as the pepper - I didn't want to take the chance with the habanero so I used a jalopeno and it had just the right amount of heat and was absolutely delicious!!!
Making this again tomorrow!

I had to cook the meat an hour longer then said, but it melted in your mouth. The haberno pepper, really made it spicey, and i like hot, but this was beyond hot, i will leave it out next time. I actually had to throw it out, but not the fault of the recipe...I made it again tonite without the pepper, and it was out of this world

Made this pot roast for dinner last night, we couldn't stop eating it, Great flavor. did omit the olives and capers because my husband is not a fan . Served it with mashed potatoes. This recipe is a keeper. Keep them coming.

This was simple and easy to prepare and delicious! Better that I though it would be; so rich and flavorful. Everyone enjoyed it. My mother can't eat foods that are too spicy so I substituted a jalepeno and the dish had a subtle spicy flavor. No doubt we will be making this again!

My husband who laughs at me for watching food network was excited to tell me about the pot roast he saw on Big daddy's show. I record it on the DVR and I guess he watched it. Needless to say I had to make this Beef Pot Roast for him last night. His reaction " I'm the best wife in the world." I'll take that comment anyday.

Not fond of olives and capers I left it out but it was the easiest and most flavorful. My husband loved it and he raves about my cooking and lets me know when I try out new recipes which ones are keepers. This definitely will wow anyone. I believe even novice cooks will be successful with this. Try it, you'll love it!
