me and my husband watched the show last weekend, after that we went grocery shopping, and he wanted me to try cooking this recipe, i will tonight, it looks so good, if it turns out well, i will be having a new diffrent recipe from my whole family, who for years had been cooking potroast with cream :

I used to make pot roast with rump....not anymore!
my family is raving about this dish...so flavorful and TENDER! Be sure to follow recipe exactly ( I was a bit hesitant about the cinnamon and it will wow at dinnertime. just be careful about the sea salt...a little goes a long way!
I added some celery to my dish...this is the kind of dish that you can add your favorite veggies to....next time, I'm going to try bell pepper.

I turned on Food Network this morning and watched this show for the first time. I did not finish watching because I ran out the door to the grocery store to buy the ingredients for this pot roast! WOW! My family gave it 4 Thumbs up! The flavors were fantastic, especially the little kick from the pepper. I cooked it in the pressure cooker to save on some time. This recipe has now become our favorite pot roast recipe!!

This is a must try dish. The recipe is easy to make and it taste just DELICIOUS. My family enjoyed it. Keep up the good work Aaron and keep my Sunday dinner ideas endless.
