    I wasn't sure if I would like the fennel. Surprise! Surprise! Great flavor and I enjoyed every last bite. Can't wait to make it again for friends. I am a faithful follower! Aaron, keep it up!!

    Made this last night and it was a hit. Everyone wanted more. Substituted tumeric for safron. All else was per recipe. An outstanding dish. Thank you and I watch you every Sunday.

    SO GOOD!!!! Requires a bit of prep, but definitely worth it. Once the prep is done, the dish goes together very quickly. Every ingredient shines. The Chorizo is wonderful!. You can really taste the lemon, fresh parsley and the freshness of the cherry tomato's. I wouldn't change a thing!!
