This is a delicious, hearty, salad. What instantly came to mind was Umami - that meaty flavor and texture we crave. To add an extra level of flavor I added a little finely chopped fresh green pepper and a few sliced scallions. I will definitely make this again.

This recipe is bursting with some of my favorite flavors (roasted red pepper, red onion, cilantro, chipotle... Sweet and spicy, balanced nicely together. The only issue was cooking the steak. Maybe it was the way my meat was cut but it was a big, thick hunk and after cooking, the middle was still too raw (even for my husband who likes it pretty raw. Next time I will slice the steak in half lengthwise.

There's nothing to say is chew! The food is delicious... But making negative comments about a chef, just dont watch him! There are other people you can watch, and lets see if you are going to whine and complain about them...

It was a great dish for company----two of the girls asked for the recipe and I told them to watch "Big Daddy" on Sunday. Wish we had more of him and that sweet Justin.

DELICIOUS! I'm embarrassed to say I ate this entire dish all by myself. I didn't plan on it, but it was so good that I kept heading back to the kitchen. I will definitely make this one again (the highest compliment I can give. Big Daddy's House has quickly become my favorite show on FN. Would like to see more of him.

Saw on TV and was interested but did not try right away. Looked it up and made this weekend and it was out of sight and super easy to make. YUM!!

I saw him make this a couple days ago and wanted to try it. I made it as written except I added garlic to the marinade mixture.
Definitely mix the liquid dressing ingredients in a separate bowl. It needs to be checked for flavor before mixing. If you have a couple of oranges that aren't so great, you can always add a little bit more lemon/lime juice and sugar if you want more flavor.
I would make it again.
