    This recipe was beyond amazing! I am not a fish eater at all. My boyfriend and I were on a detox diet and tilapia was one protein we could have. This recipe helped me to stick out this diet because it was so full of flavor. I can't wait to try the blackened seasoning on chicken too.

    I thought this would be way too...spicy. But it was just perfect. Have also used on Grouper. Amazing recipe! Go Big Daddy!

    This recipe is sooooo good.I tweakk it a little bit,Instead of cayenne pepper,I used cajun season,and instead grapeseed oil,I used vegetable oil.I thought when I cook the blackened talapia, it would taste spicy and dried out,but that's not the case.Next time when I prepare this recipe I won't use the tongs,but the spatula.

    These spices mixed well together & were perfectly spicy. I made this for myself tonight but I will make this for my husband when he gets home from his business trip.

    My boyfriend LOVED this! Alongside with a green bean salad and it was perfect! Very simple and quick. Definitely going to make this again

    This recipe was good, but I'm sad I can't find him on tv very much. It's like as soon as I find him they move him. His receipes are very good. I don't know what happen to him on this network they are very closed mouth. People just disappear, It must have been something bad considering all those other terrible so-called chef are on the air.
