I just made this dish for my boyfriend and I. I was worried that it may be to spicy based on reviews but I thought it had just enough kick. I replaced the oregano and thyme with Italian seasoning which I already had and used olive oil instead of grapeseed oil. The only thing I will do diffrently the next time I make this will be to use 1tsp garlic powder instead of the 1/2tsp. Can't wait to eat this again!

My goodness, this was wonderful! My fiancé and my mom don't usually care much for fish, but since Tilapia doesn't have the intense 'fishy' taste, I thought I'd try it. And, boy! I was happy I did! They both loved it! Yay! I can have fish other than in a restaurant now! Thank you! I grilled it instead of frying it, but otherwise I followed the recipe exact. For those who doth know by looking at the ingredients, this has a bit of a spicy kick to it!

The spice rub for the tilapia is outstanding! I didn't realize how much a difference it makes when you have the grape seed oil for cooking. This dish pops!

Was very easy to make and tasted delicious! I ended up using a smoked Spanish papricka that had a "sweet" flavoring to it, and it was still plenty spicy. I also didn't have any onion powder, so added some extra garlic, and I didn't notice a difference. I also elected to buy wild-caught cod instead of the farm raised tilapia. If you do this, make sure you sear both sides for 5-7 minutes each to ensure it's cooked through and through. Despite these minor tweaks, I was really pleased with the results. Would definitely make this again and will pass along the recipe to my friends.

Made this for the 1st Friday in Lent. I used the grill and made salmon the next day using the same recipe all I can say is the meat lovers were converted. Now I have to do this everytime I visits my daughters house.

Very yummy! I used EVOO instead of grapeseed oil. Also, I had a lime instead of a lemon and it was yummy! Oh and I didn't have Thyme.
