    I am not a big fan of fish, but I saw this recipe on television and had to try it. It was a huge hit at my house. Everyone, even my husband loved it. This is spicy. I also made the grilled corn and chipotle pepper salad and served it over this fish. Wonderful meal and super easy to make!!! Thanks for this wonderful recipe

    I started eating tilapia in 2009 and I would only bake it in the oven or grill it on the George Forman Grill to my liking, so when I first saw this recipe on the program guide I couldn't wait to try it. Loved this dish SOOOOO much I made it twice. It was so easy to make not to mention budget friendly. I had all the ingredients on hand except for the grapeseed oil, I used the Bertolli (classico Olive Oil instead because that was all I had, but it still turned out great!!!!! I was surprised at how the fish was seasoned all the way through, which I can never seem to do when preparing fish, to have flavor on the inside instead of just on the surface was great. I even printed the recipie for a co-worker to try it. Thanks for this budget friendly, easy, and delicious recipie.

    I always cook talapia the same way and was excited to see this recipe on the TV. Tried it a week later and OMG, AMAZING. So simple. I just cut down on the cayenne. It is perfect with the corn salad. Felt like I was eating a $25 dish at a nice restaurant. My husband felt the same way. PS...my son the pickiest eater in the world who told me he hates talapia while I was cooking it, now loves talapia!!! Way to go Aaron!!! My hero!!!!

    This dinner was excellent. I made the fish exactly as the recipe dictates and it came out great. The amount of spice and heat was perfect. Big Daddy did it again.

    Big Daddy is adorable and very easy to listen to. I never saw plantains cooked before and his explanation on the show today makes me feel like an expert. This recipe was wonderful and very spicy. I could see using the rub on pretty much anything and it will taste great. Very low fat and delicious!

    I am just glad that you can season each fillet individually. I live with the folks (health issues. I will not be able to season theirs with more than salt and paprika, but I look forward to your combo for mine.
