I made this roasted chicken a week ago and my husband loved it so much he requested it for Fathers Day! It really is fantastic! I used the chicken in fresh tortilla's the first time and it makes a fantastic chipotle chicken pizza as well...truly delicious!

This recipe is over the top. My chicken is so delicious and moist. I will use it on other meat items as well. I found it easy to create even using a food processor instead of the blender. By the way, I always enjoy your show. I have it to record on auto-record so that I don't miss an episode. this is my first post so I would like to say also that I love your little Justin. He thinks he is a real cook doesn't he? (smile?

This is one of the BEST chicken recipes that I have ever prepared!!! My boyfriend and some of my best gal pals were raving about it. The only thing I changed is instead of roasting a whole chicken I baked 28 party wings for approximately 45 minutes. The first 25 minutes I cooked uncovered and then covered it in foil for the remaining 20 minutes. I had leftover marinade which I cooked up a couple days later because I was craving to have this chicken again! Everything I have ever made by Aaron has been the best. Thanks Aaron. Love your show and how you have help expand my cooking skills! 6 stars!!!

Excellent choice for a marinade. First time using Adobo Sauce with Chipotl peppers. Chicken was tender and tasty. Will have to try it again. Don't stop now that you have got me started on this journey of experiencing new flavors. Thanx!

Big Daddy you out did yourself with this recipe. The chicken was flavorful, moist and extra juicy!!! Had to cook it longer than 75 minutes. Cooked for about 90 minutes.
