Quick, easy and tasty! I added sriracha hot chili sauce to the ketchup. My daughter and I cleaned our plate (literally! Will definitely try on other types of fish.

I made fish bites instead of sticks and it turned out great. This was my family's first time trying haddock and we will be adding it to our seafood list. The sauce was incredible, I used dijon mustard instead of regular. I am going to try using the sauce as a marinade for roasted chicken wings... minus the relish.

I used hot paprika which gave the fish a punch. Will make again!!

This is a really great recipe. My entire family loved it. One pound of Cod was not enough. Even the funked out ketchup was a hit. I would have added some hot sauce or pepper flakes to kick it up another notch.

Thanks Big Daddy. No more frozen fish sticks for this family.

This recipe is such a healthier way to make fish sticks & they turned out great! I used Tilapia. I'm a fan of malted vinegar on my fried fish so I didn't make the funked out ketchup. Now I can have "fried fish" without the guilt!

I tried this recipe and it was horrible!!! I was so upset because I spent my money to make it. My family was really looking forward to having some good homemade Fish Sticks and the taste was terrible. It was not enough seasoning and the Halibut Fish didn't go well with the coating. And the sauce wasn't good either. I will not try another recipe from this guy, ever.

Loved the fish sticks, and very healthy by baking instead of my usual way of frying. However, we weren't so fond of the funked out ketchup. Good job Aaron. Love your show!
