I liked this recipe, but I tweaked it to fit my individual taste. I double the recipe and added 1 1/2 tbsp of vanilla and I only used 2 tbsps of molasses and added 2 tbsps of honey. I like the honey taste better. The only thing that I would change the next time I make this recipe is not to added the graham crackers. It made it too dry!

I loved this granola recipe. It's nice to be able to control the sugar and contents of your granola. The store bought stuff always seems healthy until you start reading the ingredients. I used more almonds in this recipe and omitted the graham crackers. I'm sure they would make it even tastier but I was trying to cut down on sugar. I also used veg oil instead of peanut and it tasted just fine. I served it with Greek yogurt for extra protein.

This was ok. It didn't exactly pop with flavor, as I had hoped based on the ingredients. It also wasn't as sweet as I would have liked so if I make it again, I will add more sugar.

When I saw you crunch on the crispiness I knew this would be good. I've been looking for a good granola recipe. I really love the addition of the graham crackers. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Not being a coconut fan, I left that out and switched half the molasses for honey. Amazing flavor with the yogurt and just as good eating it by itself. Kids also loved it.
