I loved this recipe! Unfortunately I didn't have all the exact ingredients but got the jist of the recipe through improvising. I loved the pistachios!! and the little kick with the chili sauce. I will definitely make it again and be proud to say its a "Big Daddy" recipe!

This really was the best chicken salad I've ever had. Perfectly spicy, slightly sweet. Big daddy never disappoints.

I love this recipe. I omit the jalapenos and use it with tuna also; The best chicken salad I have ever tasted!
