Aaron McCargo is a great chef. I have never been disappointed in any of his recipes I tried, including this one. Also, just want to add that I think his son is adorable and it's so nice to see Dad's share time with their children.

Just made and ate it. I couldn't find wonton wrappers so I used lasagne pasta and cut squares... I also added a tiny bit of mozerella to the mixture... Amazing!! Try mixing sauces like creamy ones with marinara or pesto for the part you pour over.

Loved this recipe. Great idea to use wonton wrappers, loved the lightness of them.

Very tasty. My daughter loved to help me make this. The recipe makes a large amount of mixture. I made raviolis with half of the mixture for one dinner and saved the rest for stuffed shells later in the week. Two thumbs up.

Quite a tasty meal. It was also easy to make. My son enjoyed helping (and also correcting me when I didn't quite follow what Big Daddy was doing, lol. I used ground beef instead of a meatloaf mixture since my husband does not eat pork. I also used a block of cream cheese instead of ricotta b/c it was cheaper at the store. I normally use cream cheese instead of ricotta for my lasagna so I wasn't concerned about the alteration. It came out great. The family love it. I only used one package of wontons so I had a lot of the meat mixture left over. I will use it to make the fried raviolis next. Thank Big Daddy!
