Ok so I do not know how to really cook however I made this dish last night and followed the directions and well to my amazement I thouhg I was dining in a 4 Star Restaurant.

thanks for teaching me how to make at least (1 Salmon Dinner for myself.

This was a wonderful fish preparation. My local markets only had farmed salmon(EWWW so I used halibut. Very delicious!

Now I know what my salmon was missing. The creamy, blue cheese sauce is awesome -- it wakes up the flavor of the salmon without overpowering it. The "Big Fresh Catch" was a great show with fantastic recipes. Thanks!

Oh My, this is so great. I just happened to be looking for a different way to cook some salmon I just bought on sale. I knew I could count on Big Daddy! What an awesome cook! I am so looking forward to all of the shows.

The great thing about my new friend in the world of "cooking" is that he makes you explore new and different taste. I went from olive oil to grape seed oil.
I love the taste of it!
