    I've been making this dish for over three years now and it never fails. This has been my go to recipe when I want to shake things up from the same old baked or fried fish. As a matter of fact I am making this and the lemon pepper orzo for dinner tonight.Once you try it I'm sure you'll be hooked.

    Wow!
    My family is not the biggest fan of seafood, but I was tired of eating the same old things and I happen to love salmon. I made it foe dinner one day and we are hooked! Not only is it easy to make its fun! I actually added minced garlic to it and it was great!

    In a word: WOW! It's recipes like this one that keep me searching for the next extraordinary meal. My husband said during dinner (no less than 10 times: "Wow, this is REALLY good". At the conclusion of the meal, he said, "That's probably the best salmon dish I've ever eaten".

    The seasoning on the fish is hot and at first, it seemed too hot. But the sauce is absolutely delicious and mutes the heat of the fish.

    We will definitely be making it again.

    A++ recipe. Thanks, Aaron!

    I thought it wonderful I did cut down on the cayenne pepper as we do not like a lot of heat.
    The recipe was easy and the cream sauce with the blue cheese was delicious.
    I would certainly make it again.

    This was my 1st attempt at cooking salmon, and I couldn't have been happier with the results! I did not make the accompanying sauce, instead made some cajun alfredo pasta on the side- which I thought complimented this salmon extremely well.

    Very good! Not a huge salmon fan-but enjoyed this dish. The white sauce makes this taste yummy! Will definitely make again!

    Loved it! Served with roasted sweet potato wedges and fresh whole green beans. Only change made was to sub fat-free evaporated milk in place of heavy cream to keep it a bit healthier. Can't wait to have it again!

    Excellent again!!! I made this for 2 so I did minimize the salt a lot based on other comments and scaled back the cream for a thicker sauce. My husband said this is gourmet and to add to our calendar of meals. Popping flavors!!
