    Hi May,
you can find the Italian Seasoning in the spice aisle at your local grocery store.

Haven't tried the recipe yet, but am going to make it tonight! Can't wait!

I'm new to cooking...... Can somebody tell me where I can find the Italian seasoning, this recipe calls for?? Is it with all the other seasonings? I was thinking Italian dressing, but I know that's not right. LOL..... This recipe looks soooo good, I am eager to make it. Thanks in advance for your help.

I was looking for a flavorful salmon recipe and looked to my favorite site for suggestions. I tried this and the results were fabulous. I liked this so much I went to work the next day and gave the recipe to all my friends. However we renamed it "SLAP YOUR MAMA SALMON".

This is the only way I will eat salmon. This dish is so incredibly delicious, it leaves you craving more! It's my go-to recipe for quick weeknight meals.

Very easy and really good. The quality of the fish makes a huge difference. Another excellent recipe from Big Daddy!

Made this and the Lemon Pepper Orzo for dinner and it was perfect. The "hot" seasonings and the "cool" blue cheese were perfect. You will have some sauce left over because you don't want to drown the fish with it. You should also have plenty of season left. I froze the leftover sauce and stored the season to make this again with a little less prep time. Big Daddy recipes are simply the best!

I made this dish the other night and it was out of this world. I did cut back on the salt and cayenne pepper, since my husband isn't into that much spice. It was so good. The sauce was delicious. Can't wait to make it again!!!

Be careful on time as my fillets were a bit over down on the outside and almost too done on the inside. Spices were great and I used kosher salt, so saltiness was not an issue. I would do 1.5 minutes per side and possibly 5 minutes in the oven. The sauce was just too thin (user error??. Just didn't seem worth the effort. The fish tasted great with or without. Even though I say this, we still ate it up. Pretty good!

This was my first time to blacken anything and it turned out really well. I cut the salt in half, and it was just right. Has a nice Cajun flavor. I didn't bother with sauce. I just used ranch on the side, and it complimented it well. Next time, I'm going to try the same ingredients and technique on catfish fillets. Oh by the way, keep a sharp eye on your fish when frying; I almost overdid it. Actually, about one and half minutes a side on medium high heat is to my liking.
