A vary nice sandwich though I don't think you really need that much (4 pieces, 8 half-pieces of bacon per sandwich. The picture of this sandwich in the Food Network Magazine (October 2011 does not look like it has that much bacon on it. Fewer pieces didn't take anything away
from the great taste of this filling sandwich.

Oh my goodness.........today was the second time in one week we had these. The Aioli is the bomb!!! My husband is a picky eater but he asked me to make this again today for lunch. YUM YUM. Great job Aaron.
