Pork was delicious, I used Makers Mark bourbon for the sauce and it over powered the BBQ flavor. I would use less bourbon if I tried the sauce recipe again...could have been at risk for a DUI with his one.

This recipe was delicious and so easy. I did not follow the slaw portion of the recipe because I had made my own the day before, but the pork and bbq sauce recipe turned out delicious. My family really enjoyed it and the leftovers are even better!

Oh Big Daddy, I am just not feeling the love. I made the roast, it was great. I made the pasta, was not a huge fan. I made this BBQ recipe and have to admit, I guess I am really not a bourbon fan. My kids would not eat it. I felt there was too much sauce for the meat. The slaw was bland and not that great, so I doctored it up the way we usually have it (we like vinegar and sugar with celery seed. I have yet to try the Udon Noodle Soup. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one.

This was very good and very tasty, didn't use the bourbon BBQ sauce, I used the Neely's BBQ sauce and the cole slaw was awesome, I make it all the time!

I made this recipe and it was delicious and easy!! The slaw was easy and had such a nice blend of flavors, creamy, tangy and then the kick of hot sauce made it perfect!!

For a quick and easy recipe, this is really, really good. Once the pork is cooked, it's a cinch. My husband loved it!!

    All,

That BBQ sandwich was a party in the mouth that would convert a kosher north eastern girl into a Georgia peach in the first bite. I used two BBQ sauces 1\2 Sweet Baby Rays Hickory Brown Sugar the other 1\2 Stubs Honey Pecan. URLS are below. If you Google them they will appear as your first link.
