Sauce was Tangy just like ithe recipe is called, I think the dijon mustard was over powering. The idea is good so will try it agian and put less mustard in it. I added hot pepper flakes to jazz it up too.Pepperoni was not neccessary so uou can go without.

omg this recipe is soo good, i would suggest doing a cole slaw with it as a meal. with the pork i cut all the fat off & chopped up the meat with some of the juice from the pot with the mozzerella cheese, had a hard time finding smoked but its great with regular, as far as the cut of the meat i suggest going to a meat market but after calling around i found mine at shop rite......

Dont know why it isnt on this website. can't find it either. But thanks to Lakeishia below and her post...we got the ingredients. Basically you make the marinade first (recipe in her post, mix marinate with chicken, place on wax papered cookie sheet, cover with remaining marinade, cover with plastic wrap, freeze chicken until hard but not frozen(to make it easier to thinly slice, then take out and thinly slice the chicken. Place chicken into pan of oil, an onion, garlic, salt, pepper and chives. Toast the rolls in oven. Separate meat in the pan into sections and cover each section with three slices of pepperoni and 3 slices of provolone each. Scoop up each section with a roll and add the cherry peppers (which i am leaving out on the side and roll the entire sandwich into paper to hold in juices. Good luck!

I turned the TV on just as he was taking the chicken out of the freezer.

Thanks to those that provided the marinade ingredients, but what else was in the pan? It looked so good! As soon as the episode was over I went to the computer to save the recipe. And nothing! :( I really want to make this sandwich for my hubby. I know he would love it.

It sort of looked like mushrooms and onions?

This is happening more and more I notice with no recipes online.
