    Amazing!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
These were incredible! I have made many recipes off of the website, but this is by far one of my favorite! It was simple to make and the results were flawless. I added a half a cup of hot sauce, and next time may add a little more, but other than that - no complaints. I will definately make these again!

I made these for the Superbowl last year and they were requested again this year. I'm pretty certain they're going to be a Superbowl staple every year. I use 1/2 c. Louisiana Supreme Wing Sauce instead of hot sauce and even my 11 year old loves them. They are really easy, but a little messy to cook. The panko breading makes them unbelievably crunchy.

    Needed A More ot Sauce

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
Made these for a Superbowl party yesterday. I am not a person that likes things really hot and this recipe DEFINATELY needed double the hot sauce and could have used more! I purchased Pete's Buffalo Sauce as was recommended in the reviews and I followed the recipe until my hubby and I tasted the chicken mixture before rolling into balls. I added more and more sauce by the Tbls. until I had put in another 1/4 C. which made it a full 1/2 C. of hot sauce! Maybe I should have used the Frank's Hot Sauce as the recipe called for. Will try that next time. I also minced my chicken by hand (don't have processor) as I read in the reviews and I found that it was MUCH easier to roll the chicken mixture into balls. I used a mild Blue Cheese as recommended in the reviews and I should have used a stronger one because I felt the mayo was the primary flavor in the dip. I personaly don't like mayo dips so after following the recipe as written and tasting it, I added about 1/4 C. sour cream and another 1/2 C. Blue Cheese crumbles to the dip. All in all a good recipe and they really do look like they came out of a box in the freezer section of your grocery store! Thanks Aaron!

I made this recipe for the second time for a house warming party. One of my guests couldn't believe that I made them, and they didn't come from the freezer section. Thanks for a great recipe.

    Off The Chart!

My family loves Big Daddy House. Aaron reminds me of my father who was the cook in our home being a widower raising two little girls. Just like my dad, he was heavy on the black pepper. A lot of cooks I have notice is getting away from the black pepper onto red pepper flakes it is not the same. Black pepper is a real man season if you are a whimp get away from Big Daddy he is heavy handed. That is what I love about him and as far as this recipe my only complaint is as soon as they are out the fryer they start disappearing. We love these chicken balls and you just cant stop eating them and there is never any leftovers. Those who have complaints are the ones who are really not home cooks. After making the first batch I knew what flavors I wanted and how much hot sauce and sauteed onions I needed to take it to the next level. Superbowl look out! Do your thang Big Daddy!

    Fantastic

My boyfriend believes it isn't a football party without chicken wings, but I hate the slimy things. As a compromise, I made these for the National Championship game. Wow! I took some advice and doubled the hot sauce and tried to make the balls a little smaller. They still ended up pretty huge after the breading, but that's just more to love. Will definitely make these again!

I have used this recipe about 4 times in the last few months and its the same reaction and result each time...everyone raves about how good they are and the pan is empty within the first 5 minutes! I first tried the recipe out on Thanksgiving. That's when I first realized that these chicken balls were truly to die for (lol). SInce then they have been made on request and my fan club continues to grow because of them! Great recipe!!

We had a family iron chef competition. The secret ingredient was chicken. The chicken balls won hands down. Great for diverse age crowds and we made different dipping sauces. Thanks for the great recipe.

I would recommend this recipe to everyone to try it once and it will be one of your favorites. Thanks for a great crowd pleaser. Big Daddy's house keep up the good work I love watching your show.

    Great Twist on Buffalo Chicken

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I JUST made these...and followed tips from various reviews. I did a quick chop on the chicken in a processor, added extra hot souce (2 more TBSP, could still use more), and made them smaller. Even though I made them small enough to yield 40 balls, I think they are a little big for apps. All of the flavor is insde, so next time I will flavor the panko. I am using these for the xmas appetizer table, so they are in the freezer breaded and ready to go. THX Aaron

    Worth the Effort

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
These were a great find. After seeing the episode I immediately ordered a deep frier so I could make them, thinking this would be less messy than on the stove. I have made them for my family on several occations and last spring for a fund raiser for 200 people. While they are somewhat labor intensive I use a small scoop so the balls are consistant in size and then make them up to the point of frying and freeze them on a cookie sheet. Once frozen they can be store in a sealable plastic bag. I fired them frozen just increasing the time by 2 minutes and they turned out perfect. I also increase the amount of Frank's (we like spicy) and it actually helped them hold together better. Thanks for the inspiration they are great!
