Amazing! Made them the other day and everyone that had them loved them. Made them exactly as the recipe stated except I added more buffalo sauce cause I wanted them strong. They stayed together perfectly so not sure why other people had issues with that. The sauce was not very good however and was way too salty. Next time I think I am going to just use a pre-made blue cheese dressing, ranch and buffalo sauce for dipping. I like the idea of making them more bite sized too. But either way they are really tasty.

These were GREAT! Finally something different to do with the left over store bought chicken. I did not make the sauce, but I did add extra water to keep them from falling apart. My whole family loved them!

love love love them! They can get a little messy when frying them, but it's worth it! These are asked for at every party I have! All my guests can't get enough! If you are a wing lover, try these! You will be hooked!

These were good/okay but not the stars of my superbowl spread. I added more hot sauce for the balls to hold together better and let them set in the fridge for a few hours before frying. I also agree with reviewers below that the recipe calls for too much mayo in the dressing.

These were okay. I followed the exact recipe, and also made the dip, which calls for way too much mayo. I think you could get away with buying the jarred or bottled blue cheese for these.
And the balls fall apart easily before being fried.

Very good! I made a test batch before christmas and was disappointed. They fell apart, they were a little bland and seemed like more trouble than they were worth. HOWEVER, my daughter loved them and asked if I would please make them for our holiday appetizer get-together with family. Second batch was awesome!
Things I did differently the second time around:
*Used a finer shred of cheese in the second batch
*Chopped the chicken into smaller pieces
*Added a little more liquid
*Added garlic pepper
*Rolled into smaller, bite sized balls
*Allowed the balls to set in the fridge a few hours then pulled them from the fridge and let them get to room temp before coating
*Allowed coated balls to set before frying
They went fast!
I didn't make the sauce. No time. Just used a chunky blue cheese dressing. Will try the sauce next time.

Best app ever...I started making these for Thanksiving last year, and I am now required to make them for every big meal at my family's house.
I have also made with Ranch instead of hot sauce and replaced the scallions with bacon bits for the non-buffalo people in the family and those are just as good! You can make them a couple days in advance up to the breading and fridge/freeze them and I didn't find any issue with quality.

These are great! I make them a little smaller so they are truly bite size. I am making them again tomorrow for NYE party. Men LOVE them!
