Excellente'! Good cooks don't measure to the letter of a recipe. You have to work it until you get the desired taste. THANKS BDH for this easy party recipe!

I SERVE MY CHICKEN CHEESE BALLS AT MY SUPERBOWEL PARTY, AND EVERYONE WAS CRAZY ABOUT THEM. I LEFT OUT THE SCALLIONS MAYBE THATS WHY MY CHICKEN BALLS STAYED TOGETHER. MATTER OF FACT I WIL BE SERVING THEM AGAIN THIS SUNDAY ALONG WITH AARON BLUECHEESE RECIPE. WISH ME GOOD LUCK I NEVER TRIED THE BLUE CHEESE RECIPE

I was watching the food network one rainy afternoon and saw this being made, I was like oh my this would be perfect for the Super Bowl party i was going to.

It was so easy and fast to make! Needless to say it was a hit I made 40 and they were gone by Half time. When invited to other parties they always ask me if I would mind bringing the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls, the answer is always yes.

I made these for a March Madness Party last weekend and they were great! Everyone one loved them and I had to print out the recipe for two people. I made mine up the night before. It was so easy! I thought they would be hotter but I used Texas Pete instead of Reds....maybe that was the difference. I thought about adding just a "tad" of red pepper for next time. Hope to make them again this weekend!

I don't know what the bad reviews were about because mine came out great! I think the key to keep'em together when cooking them is when creating the buffalo cheese balls, you have to firmly squeeze them into its shape. I followed the ingredients exactly and they came out perfectly. Not too bland and not too hot and I bought exactly what the recipe called for. Didn't know what Panko bread crumbs were but I'm glad I got those instead of the regular bread crumbs. They came out flaky and crunchy just perfect!! Made them for my boyfriend and he loved them!! I will definitely be making these again!! Thanks Aaron!! Keep the recipes coming!!

I just made these chicken balls for a girl's day this past Saturday. I actually assembled everything the night before so all I had to do was fry them up before the girls arrived. The recipe was easy to follow, the chicken balls went together nicely and everyone loved them! I will definitely make them again!!

Big Daddy's House is the only show I can get my husband to watch on Food Network and this is one of the recipes he wanted to try. We absolutely loved them! We made them the same day as his jalapeno burgers and decided we liked the creme freiche sauce better with the cheese balls than the blue cheese dip.

I didn't use as much hot sauce, not into anything hot. Added extra green onion. But they were not moist, had trouble keeping them together to coat. After they were cooked they weren't dry though. Flavor was nice, family enjoyed them. They were rich and the sauce wonderful. What do you all suggest to add moistness. Maybe more cheese or even an egg?
