Make sure you make the sauce to go with them. It's amazing. I made the balls the day before and let it sit in the fridge to make Christmas cooking easier.

These were absolutely delicious! Made them for Christmas day appetizers-these were devoured within a 1/2 hour! Made the mixture the day before-then rolled and fried them Christmas day. Probably would cut the dip ingredients in 1/2-made alot. Was afraid they would not hold together-added just a little bit more hot sauce-perfect! Already asked when I'm making these again!

Tried these tonight, they came out really good. Didn't make the blue cheese dressing, just used store bought ranch. Going to make this on Friday for our church Christmas party. Delicious!!!

These are delicious!!! I pre-made the balls the morning of my party. Then 30 minutes before the party started rolled them and started frying them. They were the perfect temperature when my guests arrived. We purchased ranch dressing from a local restaurant to dip in. Delish!

I tried this recipe for our church youth department's "tailgating festival." It was a hit! I doubled the recipe to make a large batch, and within a few minutes every one of these were gone! I had several moms at the event to ask for the recipe. I'll definitely make these again.

These things are delicious. The crunch on the outside and the greatness on the inside. I have made these for my whole family. Everyone enjoyed them:
