AARON- It sounds like you had other issues going on. LOL!! The recipe was simple. and extremely tender on the inside with all of its goodness!! My friends laugh at me when I mention them! I made some for my brother in law and I. He loved them so much he asked me to make it for a superbowl party!! I have seen recipes that I would love to make ,but hadn't....but now?? I'm hooked!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, no, no.. These were NOT good! I added quite a bit more hot sauce as most people suggested, but even that didn't come close to fixing these. these were dry, bland chicken balls. Wish I hadn't wasted the time or the money on these since I was being HOPEFUL and decided to double the batch for my son's 3rd b-day party. Please don't be fooled by the great reviews. Something a little fishy about that to say the least....

    Aaron-

My family and I love watching your show. We record it on Sunday and have Monday TV dinner with you as the entertainment. I make the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls for my best Friends birthday party and I must say they were awesome. Very tasty, easy to make, and the first thing to go at the party. I will be adding those to my cook book.

My family loves these. We tried them for the first time on Super Bowl Sunday and it has been a hit with my family every since. So now it is part of our family recipes. So much so that I let my sister taste some and now she is addicted to them. Thanks for the recipe.

I made these one Friday night and by Saturday afternoon, I had called all my girlfriends to tell them to head to the store to buy the ingredients!!! I ended up making them again in less than a week just so my parents could try them! I knew my husband would enjoy them, but even my picky 9 year old daughter raved about them. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Everyone should try this recipe! At first I wasn't so sure if the balls would stay together but it was no problem at all. While this recipe is great on its own, I also toss a few of these balls into a salad with a little blue cheese dressing (so I don't feel too guilty!.

When I tasted the blue cheese sauce, I was speechless for a few minutes because it was so delicious that I was overwhelmed and lost touch with the world outside of my tastebuds. WOW! I finally came back to my normal sense of awareness and dropped the first ball into the fryer. After about a minute or two, the yellow cheddar was bubbling out from the core of the ball to the golden brown panko surface and I knew it was ready.

After a little cool time, I dipped the ball into the sauce and took a bite. I almost passed out from the sensory overload. I love Aaron McCargo!
