I saw this show and couldn't wait to make them. Saturday, I made these for my family and let me tell you.....they absolutely LOVED them!! Even, my 14 year old daughter who won't eat anything with the slightest "kick" to it. I served them with the Jalapeno Ranch sauce from Chuy's Mexican food restaurant and it worked perfect together. Next time, I will serve it with the Blue Cheese dip too!!!

These came out great! Some complained about the meat being tasteless so I got a flavored chicken and then added some seasoning to the meat as well. They turned out perfect. This is a great recipe. Keep em coming!!!!! PS the hot is not that hot, just try it.

I made these exactly like the recipe and they came out fantastic. Even my 10 year old son and really picky 8 year old nephew loved these. Probably not the healthiest but I would serve these for dinner with a green salad.

These were super easy and super yummy as is, but after I tried them , I substituted shredded beef (pre cooked roast in the fridge section worked well for the chicken, added half cheddar and half colby/monterey jack cheese, and cut the hot sauce to just a few dashes and got what tasted to me like philly cheese steaks in a little fried ball! Great recipe!

These are really great, IF you are looking for something to feed your dog. That is, unless you happen to like your dog.

I have eaten many many type of chicken and cheese combinations. This is without a doubt, the worst one ever.

This was the WORST part of Super Bowl Sunday. And my friends did not like them any better than I did.

Oh my God! My family love these! I made them for super bowl and it was the most popular item on the menu by far! It was the only thing my 3yr old would eat that day. My only regret was that i did not double the recipe!

For Superbowl we made these and let me tell ya they rocked the house. What a tasty, delicious, and easy recipe to follow. This recipe is definetely going into the book for the future and that is saying a whole lot. I love this show and the practicality of the ingredients and recipes. This is definetely my favorite show on Food Network. Aaron is wonderful!! Because of you I am now a fan Franks Red Hot sauce and let's not forget 'Smokey Paprika'....

Big Daddy, these chicken balls are great. All my girlfriends loved them at my Girl's nite out party. They are simple and a wonder alternative to chicken wings. I'm adding this one, to my recipe file!!!!
