    I had some left over buffalo chicken I made in my slow cooker when I saw this recipe. These were so easy and quick to make. I wasn't sure how they were going to stay together but they did. I packed them down like I was making a snowball and they stayed together throughout the process. They were SO yummy! I added this recipe to my favorite finger foods. :

    I made these about 1 hour after watching the show...YUMMY! So easy, so good, so crunchy!! I only used the breast meat of the chicken. I can't wait to make these for the Superbowl. Love the dip, too! Better than regular buffalo wings...no bones! Thanks, Aaron!!

    I'm learning a lot from you Mr. McCargo. I'm a father of 2 about to be three and I really enjoy your recipies. I enjoy cooking for my family, although some of my experiments don't turn out just right. I want to thank you for educating me about Panko crumbs. I love them.

    Big Daddy, my husband is from Buffalo originally, but now resides in Florida. He misses the taste of his Buffalo Wings from home, but after seeing your show today that showcased the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls, he is a true believer that the wings can be replicated ! We spend our Sunday's in the kitchen preparing our meals for the week and when we made these tonight, he could not get enough. Thank you so much, many of our Buffalo friends will be enjoying the fruits of this labor, during our Super Bowl celebration.

    I would just like to know about how much chicken that you used. It doesn't really give an amount. It really sounds good and I would like to make them.

    I had problems keeping the balls together. It didn't want to stay as a ball. I had to add some bread crumbs and egg in order to get a ball to hold up to diping. Other then that the recipe tasted good. I will make it again
