These are great! I added a little more hot sauce and had to use feta cheese instead of blue and the sauce was still excellent! These will be at my superbowl party from now on! GO PATRIOTS!

These were awesome and so easy to make!!! They definitely are best served warm and fresh. Brought them tailgating and they didn't taste as good cool. Love love love them and making them for my superbowl party!

These were delicious and a big hit. I fried them at home, then brought them to a party, and warmed in the oven. For the sauce, I was already at the party when I made it, so I just improvised and mixed the franks red hot with ranch dressing and some worchestershire.

If you find you are having a hard time getting them to stay together, I found that putting flour on my hands sporadically helped a lot.

Also, if you know anyone that needs to eat gluten free. No problem. I used the same mix, but fried a separate batch first (to avoid cross contamination substituting cornstarch for the flour, and gluten free breadcrumbs (some stores even have gf panko for the regular panko. AFter I was done frying those, I then made the "regular" version. Both were great!

Definitely adding this to my repertoire.

It's been a long time since I've had such a hard time with a recipe. These would not hold together! I finally added some flour and an egg to the mix and that helped but only slightly. I finally gave up and put the rest of the chicken mixture into a ramekin, topped it with panko and put it in the oven for 15 mins at 350 as a dip. I can't figure out how everyone got these to hold together. That said, the ones I did manage to form into balls and fry were awesome! Ill look for a better recipe.

Wonderful flavor, a big hit. I tried putting all the ingredients into the food processor and the end result came out very light and tasty.

I made these buffalo chicken balls last Christmas and for New Years. They went very quickly and my grown children were asking for more. Yesterday I was asking our 24 year old son if he had any special requests for our Christmas menu this year and he immediately said "you made some buffalo chicken balls that were awesome, please make more."

I made this dish for my girlfriends Christmas party. I went over to her house early with the cooking oil to make them there. As for the dip it came out amazing; but make sure you make it that morning or the night before it is being served. I noticed that the salt in the dip is grity and when the dip set it was fine. I do want to express it was a simple easy dish that everyone at that party enjoyed.
