Okay, problem solved, we sprinkled a tiny bit of flour into the mixture while we rolled em into balls, they held together just fine and by the way, these were absolutely to die for!!!

These were awesome. My question is, what is the best way to transport these and keep them warm? I would like to take them to a Christmas party but don't want to lug the deep fryer to the party.

Made these last night for a party and they disappeared like magic. They were so good. I used Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce and toss the balls in the remaining sauce(heated before raving with the blue Cheese sauce. I used Sriracha in the dipping sauce and added chopped green onions. If you want to save a step, just buy ranch or blue cheese dressing and doctor it up with hot sauce, and chopped green onions. Everyone raved how great these were! I WILL definitely be making these again!

My daughter made this for a Friday night snack....loved it. We have made it several times and have one suggestion. The dip was a little salty, I reduced the salt, taste before you add. This is a GO TO recipe for a great appetizer. Congrats Aaron on your success!

Made these for a bridal shower yesterday and they were the hit of the day. I made 2 batches, one using the 1/4 cup hot sauce and one using 1/2 cup hot sauce. If you like real hot I would even bump it up to a whole cup of sauce. I didn't make the dip, I bought and used ranch and bleu cheese dips and sliced up some celery too. Everyone wants the recipe and couldn't stop raving about them. Definitely a keeper! Thanks Aaron!!!
