Tried this recipe yesterday and it was amazing! Very easy also. Crisp spicy chicken and salsa with cool crisp lettuce and tangy bleu cheese dressing! Definitely making this for this year's super bowl! And I learned how to make some mean bleu cheese dressing! Love the use of all the fresh herbs! This recipe is a winner!

These are fantastic! Adults love the spicy version, while kids love the chicken without the heat. I'll be making them again very soon.

I CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW TASTEFUL THIS IS!!!!! THE SALSA AND BLUE CHEESE SAUCE GAVE THE LETTUCE WRAPS SUCH TEXTURE!!! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY MAKE THIS AGAIN!!! HE IS A COMFORT FOOD EXTRAORDINAIRE!!!!!

Absoutley love this recipe! i knew it would be delicious because i saw it cooked on Big Daddy's House. It is so messy, but it is a real crowd pleaser!!!

This chicken came out amazing. Even better than the chicken is the blue cheese sauce. Wow. I am staying at Big Daddy's House!
