LOVED the recipe for the bleu cheese slaw. It was so amazing on top of our buffalo chicken sliders. We like the slaw slightly sweeter, so I added a tablespoon of white sugar to sweeten it up, and put half of the garlic because I was afraid it would be too garlicy. I added green onions per another reviewers suggestion and it added the perfect crunch and flavor of onion. I did not try the chicken recipe, I just simply simply rub a few chicken breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and cover them in Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce, throw them in the crockpot on low for about 8 hours and shred the chicken about half way through. This bleu cheese coleslaw was perfect topped on our sliders. Overall a wonderful recipe!

I love, love, LOVE, this sandwich!! This recipe is absolutely fantastic but I make a few alterations to fit my tastes. The breasts plump when you fry them so I use two chicken breasts. I butterfly the breasts and then cut them in half.

For the slaw I add a bunch of sliced green onions to the mixture, because I am an onion freak. I also substitute the blue cheese for gorgonzola. I like blue cheese, but prefer the creaminess of gorgonzola.

These sandwiches also make great sliders on game day!!

I've made this recipe several times and it is excellent. However, some people I have made it for prefer the blue cheese slaw without Worcestershire. I have also used really good blue cheese dressing to make the slaw as well. It's food - play with it and enjoy eating. Thanks Big Daddy!

These sandwiches were delicious! The perfect mix of spicy heat and cool creamy blue cheese with a crunch. Perfect for an easy summer meal. Even the hubby gave it two thumbs up!
