This was a winner at the baby shower I co-hosted today. I used Baker's semisweet chocolate. After dipping the strawberries in the chocolate, I laid them down on a tray lined with parchment paper and sprikled the pretzels and almonds on them. Thank you Aaron for making chocolate covered strawberries even better!

I finished my mother in law's luncheon off with these little jewels. I would never have thought to use pretzels, but the salty crunch was a perfect touch. The meal consisted of the Monte Christo sandwiches, a pasta salad, these strawberries and the Strawberry Bellinin's.....A fantastic success!!! I am always looking ofr a good reason to use Aaron's recipes!!

I watched a lot of Food Network shows for chocolate covered strawberry recipes. I wanted something that was easy with few ingredients and not necessarily gourmet. This was the best one I found. I replaced the regular chocolate with sugar-free chocolate since I'm diabetic. I also used cookie decoration instead of nuts. The recipe was awesome!!!! Thank you Aaron.

This was so much fun to make. Since one of my friends is allergic to nuts, I just used the crushed pretzel rods. It turned out amazing. I can't wait to wow my friends with this gourmet looking dessert. And by the way, if you have leftover chocolate, continue to dip the pretzels in it. They make a tasty snack too.

I have always wanted to make this, but never have...I tried it and it was SOOO
EASY! They turned out great-very quick to make! I used foil since I didn't have wax paper available-it worked beautifully! Excellent recipe!
