  I must say, I too have tried several chicken chili recipes, but this is undoubtedly the best so far! It was just so unique and delicious. As it was cooking, the aroma reminded me a little of enchiladas. I did cut down on the salt and peppers (only 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cayenne, and 1 tsp pepper) to keep it from being too spicy, and this did not affect the flavor at all. As for the other half of the butter, I made a deep colored roux with the flour (letting it cook for a few minutes), which intensified the richness of the chili. Aaron, you're great and please keep these wonderful recipes coming!

  I loved watching Big Daddy's facial expression when he sampled this chili after making it on the show. He's right, the secret recipe (sour cream) really cools down the spices in this recipe. I will be making this again soon. Thanks you!

  I watched Aaron make the chili on a Sunday and decided to try it within two days. That's a miracle for me! The only thing takes a bit of time is the chopping, but that's because I'm an amateur. I loved it, but was taken aback by the hotness... Gotta warn people. Made a slightly calmer version for my friends last night and they loved it! I'll be paying more attention to you, Mr. Aaron...

  This was the best chicken chili recipe ever. My husband does not particularly like chili and he absolutely raved and asked me to make it for one of their meals for deer hunting this year. OUTSTANDING!!

  Only Dish my BF Dissed in 6 Years

  I've cooked daily for six years for my BF..this is the only dish he's ever said tasted terrible, and refused to eat. I followed the recipe exactly, but even I thought it was a bit strange. I don't recommend this one.

  OMG Best Freakin Chili Ever

  My fiance and I have been looking for something new different good and exciting to eat and this definitely hit the spot it was absolutely delicious i've never tasted anything like it. It is so different from regular chili however it still has this chili taste to it which was absolutely wonderful. I will be cooking this regularly from now on I cant wait to fix it for the rest of my family this is something everyone should have the pleasure of tasting

  I'm glad I read all of the reviews before making this chili. I knew what to do with the extra butter and added a can of corn at the end. I added EXTRA cayenne because we like spicy foods in my house! I'll be making this again soon but might add some extra bell peppers for color and to make it chunkier.

  I wasn't sure I would like this recipe but it was delicious. I used 1/2 - 2% milk and 1/2 - Half and Half and it turned out fine. I think just using all 2% milk would be fine and I"ll try that next time. I also added cilantro instead of parsley and served with Corn chips. This could also be used as a dip. Don't be shy...try it.

  That's all I can really say about it and that doesn't even do it justice. This stuff was AWESOME! I used 2% milk instead of the heavy cream & I used reduce fat sour cream. But it was still excellent! Thanks so much for a great recipe. This will be a KEEPER!

  Very rarely do I follow a recipe exactly. This is soooo good...Aaron was right right when he said it is tasty even before the spices are added...Wait unil my husband comes home from hunting to taste this warm, and cozy chickn chilli!!!!!!

  Great recipe. I subbed cilantro for parsley and incorporated into the broth. I also used ancho chili powder. Overall, it was a huge hit. Thanks, Aaron.
