I made this chili and impressed myself. Because I don't particularly enjoy spicy food I didn't include the heat or the coriander but it was still THE best chicken chili I've ever had. I gave my coworker a sample it and she said it was wonderful. That really made me feel like a winner. My mom is an excellent cook and I had to put a bowl in the freezer for her. This recipe was spot on and truly one of my favorites. Great job Big Daddy!

I can't stop raving about this recipe. Turned out GREAT and I am a lousy cook. Quick and easy. I added mushrooms and a jalapeno pepper (I did cut back on the cayenne. Came out very tasty and spicy.
Making it again tonight.

Love this chili. Had to cut back on the heat, but it comes out very flavorful and tasty.

This is now one of our families favorite recipes. We usuallly have a salad with it, which balances the heat of the dish. Finally, a recipe with some real peppery heat to it. Smooth flavor. Love it.

This was my first time making it but I have to say it was EXCELLENT! It was simple to make and I love the fact that it was a touch spicy.. I LOVED it!!!

This was a very easy chili to make and had excellent flavor, but definitely has a bite. I thnk next time I make, I will use a little less cayenne prpper, but will definitely make again.

Wow! Just made this for the first time today and it is awesome! I didnt have any red or green pepps so I just used extra onion...it is spicy, but my family loves spicy stuff! Perfect for a chilly, rainy night at home: Im kinda confused about the "1 stick of butter" I only used the 4tbsp it called for when cooking the chicken..what about the rest of it??? Anyone out there know?

This is a great chili recipe and it is very simple. But one teaspoon of cayenne? Too much heat for our liking. So next time I will adjust the cayenne and it will give my beef chili recipe "a run for it's money".

This is the best chicken chili recipe I ever made and tasted. We attend a family chili tasting/cook-off every year. My chili won hands down out of 11 chili's.
Not only does it taste great it looks great.

iI make this chili often and the directions the ingredients is fool proof. I mean if you goof up you still have a good result. I cannot believe how simple this recipe is and how you can "tweek" it to your taste or follow exactly and its simply delicious. Aaron McCargo has always been "Cook's Cook" his recipe's are always clear and very easy with "big food and big flavor" I will always be a fan of "Big Daddy's House" Keep it up....I look like a rock star every time!!!!
