Tried this recipe and loved it. Didn't have exactly all the spices and improvised a bit and used half and half instead of cream and did add 1 small can of diced tomatoes....but loved it; loved it; loved it! A nice change from a red beef chilli style. Everyone needs to add this recipe to their favorites! Thanks Aarion!

I came across this recipe when searching for a different way to use leftover chicken. All the positive posted reviews convinced me to give it a try. Wow! It's so easy to make and soooooo yummy -- especially on a cold winter evening. Aaron -- you did it again! It's another fabulous recipe! Keep on, keepin' on!

THE FIRST TIME I MADE THIS RECIPE IT WAS A GREAT HIT. I HAVE MADE IT 3 MORE TIMES SINCE THEN. SINCE I AM A PERSON THAT LIKES SPICEY MORE THAN HOT I SERVED CAYENNE PEPPER, CHILLES, SOUR CREAM AND 4 BLEND MEXICAN SHREDED CHEESE ON THE SIDE. I ALSO MADE CORN BREAD TO EAT WITH THIS. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS BEGGING ME TO MAKE IT AGAIN. I HAD ANOTHER WHITE CHILLI RECIPE WHICH I THREW OUT AFTER MAKING THIS ONE I DO NOT BELIEVE IT GETS ANY BETTER THAN THIS !

Big Daddy, you are the t-r-u-t-h! Thank you for this simple, yet delicious recipe that is sure to make it's way into my (Winter monthly rotation. Instead of deglazing with the stock, I used white wine first. The dish is bursting with flavor, spicy, yet gentle enough to serve to my 5-year old daughter. The cayenne hits me just where I want it, in the back of the throat. Please keep the hits coming . . . we are watching.

Holy smokes - I loved this chili! My kids thought it had a little too much heat, but I loved it!! I boiled an entire chicken and deboned, rather than using chicken breasts. It was outstanding!

We thought we had a great chicken chili recipe - this was so much better! Watch the cayenne though. 1 Tablespoon is a LOT.

The best chicken chili I've ever tasted. I cut back on the spices for my wife but it was awesome. I can't wait to cook this again.

I watched Aaron make this chili the other night and as soon as the show was over, I was on the internet printing his recipe. I love the look on his face as he was tasting his chili. I knew I had to try it and I'm truly lost for words to describe how much we enjoyed the chili. Amazing comes to mind, tasty too but those words just don't do the chili justice. I would encourage anyone thinking of trying this TO JUST DO IT ! I don't think you'll be disappointed in the ease of preparing it and you certainly won't be disappointed in the taste. I made it without the peppers or the chiles because I'm not a fan. This is going to keep us warm on our cold winter nights in Northern Ontario. Thanks a million Aaron for sharing this recipe with us.
