This is the first chicken chili I've ever made, and maybe the last. I toned down the spice a little bit so my kids could enjoy and this recipe is one of my favorites. Served with some crusty warm bread on the side, comfort food at its finest. I also add corn to the mix and yellow, orange and red peppers as I don't much like green peppers. Definitely recommend!

I made this chili yesterday for dinner. I t was FANTASTIC!!! The only change I made was that I used black beans instead. My husband and kids loved it, and declared this the "hands down" winner of all the different chicken chili recipes I've tried over the years. On a scale of one to ten, this rates an eleven! It will definitely become one of our family favorites.

This was absolutely delicious! It was a huge hit with the whole family. And it's super easy! I tend to like a little bit of a sweet chili, so I added about 3 tablespoons of brown sugar along with the spices, which gave it just a tad of sweet to go along with the spicy. This chili with some mini jalepeno cornbread muffins was just amazing!

Four Star!! I used Great Northern Beans and added Jalapino pepper w/seeds, instead of the large amount of cayenne. This was great!!

Delicious! I had to cut out the cayenne and use half the chili powder (I use a blend otherwise it is too hot for me (yes, I'm a wimp - LOL I serve it over warm cornbread - YUM!

I would not change this recipe at all. It is so rich, creamy and delicious. Definitely a 'go-to' recipe to make for a crowd. Very easy and quick to prepare. But because of it's richness, this is something I would not make very often but when you want something special, this is it!
