This chili is delicious and gets even better the next day. It’s a great recipe as is, and some thawed frozen kernel corn added in with the beans is a nice touch.

I have made this 3 or 4 times and I have people asking me for the recipe.
It's absolutely perfect, spicy but not hot. It's gives you a nice glow.

I made this Chili last night and it was the best Chili I have ever eaten. All of the flavors worked so well together.It packed quite a punch at first, but the next day it was so much better. I had it today for lunch. I had it with Tostitos Tortilla Chips and man o man was it good! I am going to make it again and again. Thaks so much for the recipe Aaron!!!!!

This recipe is quick and delicious! I added garlic and a jalapeno (we're in Texas, so it's a must for any kind of chili, and I subbed plain yogurt for the sour cream...absolutely wonderful!!! Even the pickiest eater in my family thought it was delicious. If you are looking for something different and quick on a week night, I highly suggest this recipe!

YUM! My family and I ate it at home and I took leftovers to work. It was a big hit both times. I paired Paula's Corny Cornbread with it and YUM, YUM! What a great recipe will definitely make again.

Did not like this recipe. Overpowering on the chili seasoning. That was all I could taste. You might as well not even use the coriander because you can't taste it. The balance of flavors was lacking. I have made other recipes from you Aaron that were delicious, but this one did not do it for me.But I still love you Big Daddy!

Boy am I glad I woke up early to see Big Daddy's House this weekend.
I couldn't believe the simplicity of this recipe and how thick & scrumptious this chili looked (even on my non-HD TV....
I just prepared it for dinner and it was fantastic, a winner and an instant classic. Keep 'em coming Aaron...

Awesome recipe! I saw this show on Saturday, made it on Sunday and it was all gone by Monday. My husband, mom, and I loved it! I seasoned the chicken before I cooked it and I used the entire red and green bell pepper. I can't wait to make it again. Good going Big Daddy!
