I just made this recipe for the first time and it was GREAT! As many others i reduced the heat. I only used 1 can of chilies and 1/2 the cayenne. This will be put in the Recipe Box and pulled out often. Thanks

There is a reason why this recipe has five stars, it is really that good. I have made this chili a few times and my family simply loves it. Now I am looking forward to making it the next time we have friends over for dinner.

This was my first attempt at cooking chicken chili, and it will be my only chicken chili I will make because it ROCKED. It was spicy, full of flavor, and really filling.

I read the reviews before making this chili and added mushrooms and corn into the recipe. This was fabulous chili! Super spicy and full of flavour. Deelicious!

I've made this a number of times and it's beyond delicious! I've only made a couple of minor tweaks to the recipe (which is saying something!. The way that Aaron has us adding the spices, I've always thought we came up with a little bit of a raw spice flavor in the end product. To counteract that, I mixed the spices in with the chicken broth and simmered the mixture while I did all my prep work, then added the chicken broth as directed in the recipe. The result? No raw spice taste and a minimum of additional effort! :- I also will buy the fire-roasted green chiles when I can, they add an extra dimension of flavor to this already delectable chili! If you haven't made this recipe yet, then you haven't had good chicken chili!

I have made this so mant times. It is my son's favorite. I add diced potatos and frozen corn. Serve with corm bread and what a great dish.
