    This is my new favorite appetizer. Actually, we just had it for dinner. It was still warm and was delicious. I used roasted garlic batard bread that I toasted in the oven. If I owned a restaurant I'd have this on my menu. Keep the great recipes coming!

    This recipe was easy to make. A real winner for family that has never eaten capers, olives, or eggplant. Can't wait to serve to friends at our next gathering. We recommend only using fresh from the bakery bread.

    I love this recipe! It was easy to prepare, very healthy and absolutely delicious. I've used it tossed with pasta and also as a filling in a wrap. I'm making this again today and using it as a pizza topping.

    This is absolutley delish and healthy too! I followed the recipe but used red wine vinegar because that is what I had on hand. My family couldn't stop eating it. Second time I made it, I mixed it with some leftover orzo for a pasta salad. This is definately a keeper!

    This is so easy, delicious and healthy. I served it over whole wheat pasta and the next night I served leftovers on whole grain toast as a starter wonderful! My first time watching and cooking from Big Daddy he's on my radar now I love healthy with lots of flavor.

    This was SOOOOO good! I watched him make it on Saturday and bought everything I needed to make it on Sunday. It wasn't hard and the flavors are incredible. Looovve it and will absolutely make it again! Thanks, Aaron!
