The cilantro chicken is amazing. The noodles not so much. I agree that there is not enough heat or taste really at all. I also think maybe rice noodles would be nicer as I believe the wheat taste of the spaghetti overpowered the sauce taste. The cilantro chicken would be awesome for a lot of other recipes... I'm thinking chicken tacos.

Very easy to make .I have made just the chicken part many times for company and they rave about it . The dish on the whole need more heat . I felt it was as hot as when I saw the show he said it would be . I just added extra green curry paste to it and it was great . He is an amazing chef and comes throughout in his dishes

This was a very tasty recipe. I used the whole chicken, I'm not a dark meat eater. We also dislike curry so I left that out, instead I added a little chili garlic sauce. I expect that the curry might have put a bit more heat in the dish and I did miss that factor. Next time I will add something more for that little added heat. I also would try and reduce the sauce a bit next time, to runny for spagetti but the taste on the chicken was delicious! Definitely will use again. LOVED the freshness of the cilantro and lime marinade. Big Daddy never disappoints! I may even use the marinade and not make the pasta this summer. The smells in my kitchen were like out of this world declicious!

I tried this recipe with shrimp b/c that is what I had on hand. I was not impressed. This is the first recipe from Big Daddy that didn't thrill me. I too tasted a lot of cilantro and lime. I have been to many thai restaurants and I did not get the thai flavor that was expecting. Sorry, this one will not go in my book of recipes to keep.

I tried this recipe on yesterday after carefully selecting all of the best ingredients at the market. I really was looking forward to this being a great new tasty recipe for me to impress with. The flavors all sounded so well and the demonstration was pretty staright forward. It just didn't do anything for me. I did alter it a little with whole grain pasta as someone else suggested but that's it. Maybe the pasta absorbed all of the flavor??? Maybe I needed to marinade chicken thighs longer... Maybe I should have added more salt... I taste a lot of the lime and cilantro, but the green tai paste isn't evident. I'm having some now for lunch and I'm wishing i had some soy sauce or something. It's just not as exciting as Aaron's looked. I'm glad most of you had success. I'm gonna have to doctor it up more...
