I MADE THIS CRANBERRY SAUCE FOR THANKSGIVING. I HAD SOME LEFT
OVER. WHAT TO DO? THE DAY AFTER WE HAD PANCAKES FOR SUPPER.
WELL, I THINED OUT THE SAUCE WITH A LITTLE BIT MORE OF THE
CRANBERRY JUICE. AND GUESS WHAT THE CRANBERRY SYRUP WAS A HIT WITH EVERY ONE.
NOW I WILL HAVE THE CRANBERRY SYRUP IN MY FRIDGE. IT MAKES A LITTL
OVER A QUART.
THIS WOULD BE GOOD FOR HOMEMADE CHRISTMAS

We made 2 different cranberry sauces this Thanksgiving. All 13 of us were WOW'D by Aaron's recipe...it went fast. We had leftovers of "the other" homemade sauce, which was actually quite tasty. Even my husband, who really dislikes sweet foods with meats, said it was the best he's ever eaten! Thanks, Aaron, for this simple, fabulous recipe!!!

This cranberry sauce was SO tasty and SO easy to make. Even my picky family who swears that they don't like whole cranberries in their sauce, ate this and LOVED it. It went really well with my pork tenderloin.

At first, I thought it was too sour. However that may have been because I used Real Cranberry juice, I think that it might have been better with Cranberry Juice Cocktail. Even after a day or two it started out sour then finished with a very sweet taste. My family really loved it after the third day (I always try out new things before the big day.

I got wonderful reviews from family after making this for Thanksgiving. It was easy to make, also. The cranberries were definitely tart, so I would not cut back on the sugar. I used cranberry juice cocktail, as I wasn't sure if I should hunt down pure cranberry juice (hard to find, and would probably make the recipe even more tart!. My only complaint is it didn't make very much. Everyone got a serving, but I had no leftovers (therefore I bet I could double the recipe, and everyone could eat more...there were 8 people at my dinner table.

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and it was *delicious*!! The only problem, my fiance got "100% juice" cranberry juice by accident, which is mostly apple juice and is very sweet. Good thing I started by only adding half the sugar and then tasted it, by then it was already too sweet for my liking but pretty good. If I had added all the sugar, it would have been inedible! Darn ocean spray with their false advertising! I bet it would be even better a little less sweet. Our family loved it anyway and it was really quick and easy to make.

This cranberry sauce was the absolute winner this year! Thanks Aaron.
Our kids even had it as snack in the days following Thanksgiving and we ran out of it. The recipe is easy and quick with instant pay-back.

I made this with fresh cranberries and it was delicious. I also used Splenda. Mixed some with vanilla yogurt the day after and it was great.
