    LOVE IT!

I thoutht this recipe was outstanding, plus I added a tablespoon of Grand Marnier for that hint of orange flavor. My husband even enjoyed it and he used to be a definite Cranberry Sauce hater.

Big Daddy, keep the great recipes coming!

This recipe is FABULOUS! Typically, I hate cranberry sauce because of its jellied, glob-like consistency and straight-from-the-can tinny taste. But this particular masterpiece has converted me. If I could munch on this directly from the the serving dish (without sharing with others all day long, I would. I like it that much!

I will make this recipe every year now! It was a huge hit even from guests that said they didn't like cranberry sauce. Very easy to make, not over powering, very refreshing. I put in cran-apple juice instead of straight cran and it balanced out great.

I've never liked cranberry sauce, but this is really good! I used cranberry juice cocktail instead of buying a bottle of cranberry juice for seven bucks. Because I used the juice cocktail I cut the sugar in half. Tasted great! Not the least bit too sweet.

This recipe was a hit at the Thanksgiving table! It goes well with turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, everything. Just drizzle it on top of whatever and it just makes it even better.

It was fantastic! EVERYONE loved it. I will make this a Thanksgiving regular. I used plain unsweetened cranberry juice and was afraid it was too sour, but everyone said it was just right and a good balance between acidity and sweetness. Definitely a keeper!
