Really super simple and easy -- Really good -- kids loved it -- I loved it -- everyone loved it. Why complicate when you can impress in 15 minutes??? Make, eat, enjoy!!!

I have never cared for the typical cranberry gelatin type dishes that are served every holiday. I found this last year and we all loved it! Even my mother who is a die-hard cranberry gelatin eater loved it. This has become something that I will make every year and it is really simple.

OMG - made this last year and it was a HIT! This is so easy, too, which is nice when you have several more complex dishes to make for your big holiday meal. NOTE: I added a bit of orange zest and a bit of lemon zest since I baked oranges, lemons and onions inside my turkey.

Just doubled this recipe for a potluck at work tomorrow - it is absolutely delicious! To answer the earlier question posed by lidnab, I used Craisins and they worked just fine...
