I made this on Super Bowl Sunday and everyone really loved it. However, I had to take the heat out as children were at this event. I replaced the heat with brown sugar and made a milder honey mustard sauce. This is something I will defintely make again, nex ttime with the heat.

Aaron my family loved this receipe. In fact, there has not been one of your recipies that I have not tried and it came out great. So much flavor. The mustard salsa was on the money. My son who does not like mustard just loved it. My super bowl party was a hit. Thank you so much, you are the best. Love your show. Keep on cookin' great food

Just made the sweet potato nachos (from memory. My guess is that it is not posted, because the sweet potato chips just do not hold up, but the nachos had good flavor. Our chips became soggy after broiling them with the topping. Next time - and there will be a next time, I will make the meat mixture(ground beef, onion, garlic tomato paste, chilpotle peppers is what we usedin a broiler proof pan-(cast iron then after the meat and seasoning is browned, top with cheese and broil until cheese is melted. As far as the sweet potato chip directions- do a search "sweet potoato chips". As the meat seasoning is hot/spicy you do not have to make spicy sweet potato chips for this recipe. This was a great addition to the Packer/Bears game. Good luck on the nachos and Packers at the superbowl! I hope this helps.
