    Wanted to make this, but lacked a few ingredients...I substituted sliced white mushroom for the criminis and had to settle for plain ol' cream cheese. It was still AWESOME. If it was that good this time, I can't wait to make it again with the correct ingredients!

    My last review was actually posted back in 2010. We've had these burgers twice since then, and we are having them again tonite. I am salivating just thinking about it! Can't wait to sink my teeth into these divine burgers. Thanks, Aaron!

    Big Daddy you are making my family crazy with this burger!!!!! I use your recipes about 90% of the time when I cook and they think I am a over nite chef. Thank You !!!

    P.S. By the way, this burger is BANGAN!!!!!!

    Amazing! Prepared this for family then left to a meeting. Got a text on the road: "WOW! Make this a staple!!" Clearly, husband and kids thought it was delicious.

    Thank you Big Daddy Aaron McCargo Jr.! The recipe was nice and easy to follow. The flavor was marvelous. The initial crunch added just the twist. The smoked goudo made the burger extra delicious. Thank you for sharing!
