Great recipe. Instead of using the skewers, I dumped everything in a pan and tossed in a chopped red onion and tomatoes (big chunks. The sauce goes great over the rice, I might try to add a little coconut milk to the sauce next time.

Excellent recipe! I made the skewers for my wife one night. She loves to entertain. Every event we have she requests that I make the skewers.

I made these for my Moroccan husband who loves shish kebabs. We loved these and he said these were far better than any Moroccan Shish kebabs he has ever had! I couldnt find lemon grass so made them without it. Put them on skewers and broiled them in the oven. Definitely a keeper. This is the first time I used smoked paprika and boy does it add an awesome taste! MMMMMMM! MMMMM! MMMMMM!

Super tasty. Super easy. The marinade makes the chicken super tender. Served with Ina's Moroccan cous cous, a cucumber and tomato salad and pita. It was very tasty.

WOOWZZERS!!!!!!!!!! Whew this dish was sooooooooooo good. I thought I would have a hard time finding the lemongrass but I didn't. I've never cooked with lemongrass before, but I just did what the recipe said. My food critic boyfirend LOVED it. I was shocked because he can be picky and his tastebuds aren't mature; I must say he is growing and expanding his palet ; . I let the chicken marinate about 30 hours prior to cooking and I didn't grill. I slow cooked mine on the stove top. I will for sure make this dish again and if its warmer outside I will grill. Also I put over brown rice. So perfect. Its a WINNER. Thank you Aaron!!! This is why you are a Champion

This dish was AMAZING- I made it for my husband and myself, and we ate the entire skillet of chicken; we just couldn't stop eating it!
I diced the chicken and cooked it with the marinade in a skillet- the marinade made a delicious sauce over basmati rice- YUMMM!!
Thanks, Aaron!! :-

I love curry, but only use it in one recipe. I've never attempted any other curry dishes until now. I had a bunch of chopped up chicken and thought this recipe looked easy and friendly enough. So no skewers for me. I threw all my diced chicken in a bowl and added all ingrediants except the lemon grass. Didn't have any; added lemon juice. No honey in the house; added Kayro syrup. No smoked paprika; added Mexican paprika. You can tell I wasn't ready for this recipe, huh? Total last minute deal. I threw everything in a skillet and cooked it that way. Served over rice with a side of pineapple. Like Reviewer Adam, I too added hot sauce, but to the rice. I have a very picky family; 3 kids. THEY LOVED IT!!! I had to make sure they left me some!!! I'm going to make this forever now! Thanks Aaron!!!
