So good. Easy to marinade ahead and then throw on the grill with some corn! I've made these with all different kinds of rice. All good! Thx Aaron!!!

I love curry, but only use it in one recipe. I've never attempted any other curry dishes until now. I had a bunch of chopped up chicken and thought this recipe looked easy and friendly enough. So no skewers for me. I threw all my diced chicken in a bowl and added all ingrediants except the lemon grass. Didn't have any; added lemon juice. No honey in the house; added Kayro syrup. No smoked paprika; added Mexican paprika. You can tell I wasn't ready for this recipe, huh? Total last minute deal. I threw everything in a skillet and cooked it that way. Served over rice with a side of pineapple. Like Reviewer Adam, I too added hot sauce, but to the rice. I have a very picky family; 3 kids. THEY LOVED IT!!! I had to make sure they left me some!!! I'm going to make this forever now! Thanks Aaron!!!

I love this curry chicken. Let it marinate for at least 8 hours to get the flavors into the chicken. I have made it several times. Since there are a lot of ingredients, I make a double batch of the marinade split it into 4 bags and vacuum seal 3 chicken breasts in each before freezing. That way I can easily thaw and grill whenever I want a quick meal. Try the papaya mango salso to go with it.

This was very good. We fixed this for our Fourth of July weekend and it was a big hit. We were happy not to have the extra salt because we have a new granddaughter visiting and she doesn't need the salt. Just the right blend of spices; and actually not too spicy at all. Thanks Aaron.

I made these for a dinner party barbecue and they got rave reviews. The
flavor is mild but delicious and the chicken came out so tender. It's a really easy
do ahead recipe. Just takes a few minutes to skewer the chicken just before
barbecuing. I used cherry tomatoes between the piece of chicken so they
    were very colorful too. I

I simmered the chicken and marinade in a pan instead of grilling it. Added a little Siracha hot sauce for extra spiciness and it turned out great. Will definitely cook it again.

Very good! I didn't have cilantro so I used cumin instead and it was still very good. Will be sure to have cilantro next time. Flavors went together very well. Brushed marinade on while grilling. Served with orzo - yum!

I have made this dish three times in the last three weeks and I can't seem to get enough. This dish is great!!!! The first time I tried this recipe, I followed it as written and i have no complaints whatsoever:- I did add a little salt after the chicken was done as per a previous post. The next time I added a little more spicy curry just for fun, a soy-ginger blend and added more lemongrass (just for my personal taste again it was fabulous. I served it over couscous and had cucmber dipping sauce as a side. This recipe is definitely going into my normal rotation and I look forward to coming up with different sides to go with it. If you are considering a curry chicken dish be sure to give this one a try, you won't be dissappointed!!!! Thanks Aaron, keep em' coming:-

Just made these chicken skewers this afternoon. They came out great on the grill for 5 mins per side. I marinaded them for about 3 hours.

One thing that the chicken needs is salt. Either put some in the marinade or salt the chicken after it's cooked.

Went really great with some brown rice cooked with some diced onion and bell pepper and a little curry added.

I would definitely make these again.
