I've made this Grilled Cheese a couple of times. It is so good and tastes so fresh. I love it with the mozzarella ..

I grew up eating Grilled Cheese, and I NEVER had one this good! Incredible variation, and even better when paired with the Funked Out Tomato Soup - light on the spices and salt mind you. But still worth it.

I copied these recipies down into my own cook book to enjoy many more times.

I have never been a fan of grilled cheese going back to when I was in school, but I decided to try this b/c of my husband. I will never make any other grilled cheese sandwich. This was the best. I used my George forman grill and loved the way the bread came out... golden brown with a great taste of the olive oil and salt/pepper. I used canned tomato soup b/c I am not a fan of that either. It was like eating a pizza. My husband really enjoyed it and wants me to make it again soon. He even suggested I make it for some of our friends. Thanks Big Daddy, you've done it again.

I'm used to making grilled cheese the traditional way (colby or cheddar cheese. After making this sandwich, I will probably never make another traditional grilled cheese sandwich again. This sandwich was so good and it took less than five minutes to make. The fresh mozarella was so gooey and the fresh basil really set it off. I highly recommend using the grill pan as Aaron did on the show. I used garlic salt instead of regular salt. With the coating of EVOO, garlic salt and pepper, it tastes like you are eating a pizza. Oh, so yummy! I've had it for dinner two nights in a row.

My 13 year old daughter and I were watching yesterdays show and our mouths started watering. I used the rolled mozz, works great and regular white bread, and of course good old campbells tomato soup!

First time I saw this show as well. While I was watching it I was making my shopping list. This sammich is so easy and delicious, along with the tomato soup I couldn't have been happier (cept for the salt errors in the soup recipe I used a really crusty italian bread instead cuz its all I could find and it turned out so much better having all that extra crunchy crust. Can't go wrong here.

I watched the show today at 1:30. By 3:30 I was making it! My friends tease me that all I can make is a grilled cheese sandwhich. This was so easy and so delicious that I cannot wait to surprises them with this. I also got creative on one and added pesto instead of the basil leaves. Yummy! Thank you Aaron for making this episode so easy. I've already purchased all the items to duplicate each recipe. Including a grill and dutch oven that I didn't have...

Next up this weekeing, the beef pot roast and flourless cake. I'm dating a new guy and after a few practice runs, I'm going to make this for him!
