THANK YOU BIG DADDY! We loved them! Best ever! Keeper. Will be making these for our daughter's baby shower. Rather than bake, my husband put them on the smoker 40 minutes at 350. (Did not attempt the peanut sauce as we have our own.

The peanut butter to water ratio seems way off to me. I had to put a cup of hot water to get the silky consistency in the sauce. I was using all natural peanut butter, which was quite runny to begin with. I then wound up adding more of the other ingredients to keep the flavor. Otherwise, recipe was delicious.

These wings are the BOMB! This was my first time trying to make THAI food at home. Not a fan of peanut sauce so I drizzled honey over the wings instead. Sweet and salty just like I like it! The only dissapointment was that the wings did not crisp up. Next time I will leave in the oven a little longer. Definately a WINNER
