My wife and Mother in Law raved about these Lamb Pops. I will be cooking these little gems for friends on the grill this and every summer. Yum-O!!!

We had a dinner party tonight and I wanted to try this recipe out. It looked so good and so simple last Sunday on the TV Show. I tried to follow recipe for the most part, I usually don't measure some stuff unless, I know it is critical to do...

We had 12 people over for dinner and this was an absolute hit!!! will make it again the only thing I will do differently is just by chops already cut. It was a little challenging to cut the rack into pieces although I did get it done... save some time and effort next time and just use chops.

All of Aaron's recipes I've tried have been great and this one was no exception, thanks for the great recipes and ideas, keep it up.

This was my first time making lamb, the recipe was easy enough to follow and it came out delicious. The lamb was so tender and flavorful I cant wait to have people over so i can make it for them too.

I haven't tried the recipe yet, but it looked delicious and I can't wait to make it; but I just wanted to make a note to this comment that the recipe left out an important step (cutting off the big slab of fat. The recipe calls for the chops to be "frenched" (2 racks lamb rib chops, frenched that is the culinary term for removing the fat, and removing some of the meat and connective tissue from the ends of the bones for the classic presentation 'standing rack of lamb' that has the little 'booties' covering the bones. You can do this yourself, as shown on the TV episode, or you can ask the butcher to do it for you when you buy the chops, which would save you lots of time and effort. Hope this helps.

My husband and I made these for Valentine's Day. These were the best lamb chops we have ever eaten! They were melt in your mouth tender and the flavor was exceptional! I changed the recipe up just a little by adding chopped fresh rosemary to the marinade. Big Daddy never lets me down with his easy but very flavorful recipes

I saw Aaron make this on the show and thought it looked good. I made it last night and it was good, pretty easy too. However, he left out one important step in the recipe. If you are going to grill a rack of lamb, you need to cut off the big slab of fat. He did this on the show but failed to put it in the recipe.

Also, his estimate of the time (15 minutes total is unrealistic, at least for me. You have to preheat the grill, trim the rack and cut it into chops. Then you have to make the marinade and the cheese-breadcrumb mixture. It does cook quickly, so if you don't count the time to preheat your grill, it can be done pretty fast.

The only thing I changed was that I used cilantro in both the marinade and the topping. I could not see any reason to buy both.

This was not nearly as good as I hoped. HOWEVER, I used a grillpan rather than an actual grill, so that may have been the reason. I served it with steamed yellowfin potatoes and grilled scallions. The scallions were the best part of the meal.

I've had lamb in the restaurant only and I absolutely love lamb chops. I've never wanted to try cooking them until today. Big Daddy made it look so easy, I wanted to invite myself over!
