Very tasty! Didn't have apple cider, so doubled the chicken broth and added a splash of apple cider vinegar. Great!

Oh. My. God! I just made this recipe and I have to say I am completely blown away! I was skeptical at first at how much lemon juice the cremolata uses, but it worked so well with everything! I didn't have apple cider for the cabbage so I used apple juice and added in some apple cider vinegar. Was still wonderful! I can't wait to make this for my husband when he returns from deployment. Great recipe, thank you so much!!!

My husband and I love Big Daddy. His recipes are fantastic...real food. Like eating a heart attack. But so good. We try all his recipes.

I made this tonight, minus the potatoes. It was just so awesome and flavorful. I've grown bored with what I've been cooking lately. Saw this on the show today and it was just what I was looking for. Husband liked it so much he had seconds and packed up the one leftover brat for lunch. Thumbs up.
