Big Daddy is the Real Deal!!!!! My daughter loved this meal when I cooked it. All I gotta say is they better keep you on Food Network or I will never watch the entire channel again! Really I just love to watch you cook and you make it so simple! Keep doing what you do and I hope they give you another show on top of the one you currently have. God Bless U! T.

I prepared your entire meal that aired that Sunday. I tried to find a butcher that could cut my chicken into chops but no one understood what I needed. One butcher asked me where I got the ideal from and I told him about your show. I ended up getting the bone-in chicken breasts. The recipe was good. I loved the garlic puree. The potato really gave it just the right texture. You can't really go wrong with chicken. The entire meal for the day was really good. My family enjoyed everything! The spoon bread was good. I prepared it exactly like you did and it wasn't too salty at all. Great job!

I made this recipe for my family. Everyone raved. The chicken chops were more tender than I thought they could ever be - will do this again and again. The puree was perfect and the combination was very elegant. Thanks Aaron... this hit is out of the park!! Enjoy your food very much.

I love to watch Big Daddy's House! I know I will always get inspiration to cook
a wonderful dish for Sunday dinner.
What I loved most about this recipe is the sauce. The lemon at the end adds a delightful "spring" fresh flavor. For christmas I got an immersion blender...
just the recipe to use it on! Potato as a thickener?? great idea! :
    Thanks Big Daddy.

Big Daddy, you never cease to amaze me! This is a brilliant idea, chiucken chops! I always wonder what I can do with those huge, overgrown chicken breast, now I know. I can't wait to try them.

Diane, a chicken chop is a large breast cut crosswise with the bone. But you can use any cut of chicken you want. It doesn't have to be a chop.
